Services I offer include:

• 45 minute Telephone Coaching with a follow up telephone call or email between sessions so that I can check your progress and encourage you further.  Where applicable you will also be provided, by post or email, with any worksheets or other materials that may be relevant to you. All telephone calls occur at pre-booked times and emails are responded to, where possible, within 24 hours. Please note: your first booked session will be slightly longer than usual for the reasons set out on my FAQ page.
  
• 45 minute Face-to-Face Coaching with a follow up telephone call or email between sessions so that I can check your progress and encourage you further. Where applicable you will also be provided, by post or email, with any worksheets or other materials that may be relevant to you. Please note that Face-to-Face Coaching is only currently available to people who live within 20 miles of Wirral, Merseyside. There is a small additional charge in order to cover travel costs. Your first session will be slightly longer than usual for the reasons set out on my FAQ page.
  
• Many clients like to book a 60 minute coaching Top-Up Session once or twice a year in order to make sure that they are still focused on the right areas and to iron out any little hitches they may have encountered along the way.
  
• 45 minute Counselling session for issues that Coaching would not deal with.
• Individual Training days / Awareness days / Workshops.

Please note: each of the services that I provide are individually tailored to suit your unique personal / business requirements.

Once your exact requirements have been established you will be given the relevant fee and you can either post a cheque or log back onto this website and make a payment to Alpha Life Coaching by clicking on the make payment link on the left hand side of this window.
